New features

The A119 V3 you can choose resolutions from 1600P to 720P. It also enables you to record in High or Low video bitrate. Can choose to record in MP4 or TS video format. Another new feature to the A119 V3 is the Auto-Event Detection parking mode which requires the Viofo 3 wires HK3 hardwire kit.

Viofo 3 wires HK3 hardwire kit

I’m unable to test the parking mode due to that I’ve ran out of fuse taps to use with the HK3. Will update the post later with the parking mode after when I have set up with the HK3 hardwire kit and fuse taps.

Final thoughts
The A119 V3 has brighter, crisper, better color videos than it’s predecessor. The A119 V3 responds quickly to light changing conditions and shows more details and contrast.

A greatly improved version of the legendary A119 series.

Better than 70mai Pro?

Well in terms of specs is newer than the 70mai Pro. Using super-capacitor instead of battery. Parking mode I’ll need to test first as waiting for my fuse taps to arrive but read the got buffer parking mode which only Korean dashcams do.

So when is yours arriving? 😊

I’m looking to upgrade my Viofo Dash Cam soon as I’m doing a trip from West Australia Coast across the deserts to East Coast of Australia and want the best video/pictures available to capture the ‘moments’ in time.

What is the recommendation 🙂
