Final thoughts
The battery life on the HR3 without message notification can last more than 3 weeks per charge. With the notifications turned on, it can last about 1-2 weeks depending on how much messages you get.
Didn’t try the sleep monitoring as I don’t prefer to wear any bands when sleeping.
